even though the dolphins are 1-4 they showed some potential against the patriots. Joey harrington was throwing crisp clean passes, but he still throws way too many interceptions. also it looks like to me that every team that beats us only wins because of our mess ups on offense. were always giving up fumbles annd picks in the other teams territory. we need to smarten up, and play like we all know they can.

GO DOLPHINS!!!!!!!!

Time to face the facts, Seasons Over. Doesnt mean you have to stop rooting for your team though.

The Dolphins can still get a Wild Card and who knows, what if Brady gets hurt, who is their back up QB?

If Saban sticks to his game plan whos ours? Lemon.

Miami will need an 11-5 record to make the playoffs. That means Miami will need to go 10-1 from here on out.

Miami has upcoming games against the Chiefs, Patriots, Jaguars, Bears and Colts. Miami will be lucky to win 1 of those games. Miami's season is done. Time to look at college prospects.

If there is absolutely any positive about playing those teams, it will be that Miami will play Chicago after Miami having a BYE week. Miami plays the Jaguars after Miami plays Lions on thanksgiving (10 days to prepare). Miami plays NEw England at home in December. Miami plays Indy last game of season (Indy might have seeding already determined.).

Other than that, Miami doesn't have the team to go 10-1 from here on out. These positives are for the STILL hopefuls.

I think you are selling Lemon too short.

Dunno, havent seen him. My point is that Lemons been our 3rd string, I'm sure the Pats have a better 2nd string.

Marty didn't want to see Lemon leave San Diego, and look at it this way, he has been in the system the longest in Miami, so I think he would do fine. If Joey were to go down, you would see Lemon in there.

If we can muster a win against the Jets we have a good chance of going into the bye week, 3-4. Chicago could very well be undefeated and given the '72 Dolphins team that should give them plenty of motivation. After that, Miami has a favorable schedule, 5 of 8 at home, Detroit, Buffalo, and Indy (who will presumably be sitting their starters in week 17) away. That's the same type of run they made last year, if they take care of business, there is no reason, they can't win 8 out 11.
