In the first round it depends on what talent is available with a 16-24 pick
I'll say we draft 21st...

If any of these guys are available we should snag them:
1. Malcolm Jenkins, Ohio St.
2. Taylor Mays, USC
3. William Moore, Mizzou
4. Vontae Davis, Illinois
5. Dj Moore, Vandy

i'd consider anyone that might have slipped, that adds value.. like a DE/OLB or a NT like Terrance Cody. He'll maybe crabtree's stock drops after Oklahoma.

What about Center prospect Alex Mack, move Satele to Gaurd/C depth, I'd be happy with rey mau or aaron curry, not laurenitis, it sounds like an illness on the team..

Whats your depth chart of picks with the 21st overall pick

I think that an Aaron curry or Clint Sintim pick would be for the best. We Need another pass rush besides joey porter. In fact, I would love to pick Curry or Sintim in the first round, then follow it up with Larry English in the second round.

If Taylor Mays impresses at the combine, hes the guy I want. His size is unheard of at the position, and it would be awesome to have such a beast on this team.

English and Sintim on the same defense? Oh lordy, I couldn't even imagine. Opposing offenses would piss in their pants at the very sight. Anyways, I do agree with the idea of going after Sintim or Curry with that first pick. More than likely, Jenkins and Davis will be gone when it's the Dolphins turn to pick. As far as secondary players, I like Rashad Johnson, the safety out of Alabama, and CB Macho Harris out of Virginia Tech.

we need a OLB 100%, at safety i like peague and i like johnson from Ala a lot. one of the best Cover S if not the best cover S right now in the game.
CB there are many good looking players.

I'll flip a coin on Vontae Davis and Malcolm Jenkins. Secondary help is our most pressing need. And yeah, I'll throw Taylor Mays in the mix as well. Solid kid.

William Moore from Missouri. The dude is huge (6'1", 230 lbs.) and is a ridiculous playmaker.

Personally think if Terrence Cody is there we take him. I'm not too certain of the depth at the secondary positions but can we pick up a first round quality CB or Safety in the second round?

I really like Rashad Johnson. Do you think he'll drop to the second round?

It's possible. Guys like Mays, Chancellor, and William Moore will probably be the first safties to come off the board. So, yeah I think there's a chance that Rashad could slip down.

I'd love to get Jenkins, but I think he and Davis are both long gone by the time we pick. I'd really like us to bring in Chris Gamble in free agency. Tall at 6'1" and physical enough to press Moss like Revis and Law did a week ago.

I think we have to add a pass-rusher opposite Porter (Sintim, Everette Brown, Hardy). Rashad Johnson is definitely on the radar, as is Alabama's C Antoine Caldwell. If I had my dream draft, it'd look like this, with Gamble brought in as a free agent:

1. Clint Sintim OLB Virginia
2. Rashad Johnson FS Alabama
2. B.J. Raji NT Boston College
3. Antoine Caldwell C Alabama

thats a very nice draft but I am certain Raji wont last until 2B and Caldwell will go round 2 most likely.

I see Raji from 20-45 range.

I thinkyou're right - Raji probably won't last that long, but there's still red flags to consider with him, same with Rashad Johnson, so they might last a little longer than expected. Ron Brace, also of Boston College is a pretty nice NT prospect, and is bigger than Raji.

As for Caldwell, I know he had one brush off the field, but I think he may last until round 3. Centers usually slip a round or two. I also think we have several players and draft picks we can use to move up (Roth, Satele, Beck) and they weren't shy about it last year in swinging draft day deals.
