Rantings...

Wanni ''Its okay to punt''.
Well we did enough of that last night.

Wanni at half time ''We don't need to make big plays, we just need to stick to our plan''. Mission accomplished Wanni.

Did you all see Marvin Lewis coaching his team non stop last night?
Wanni just stands on the sideline with a blank stare on his face.

What about Tony Wise sitting there staring at pictures while the Oline was hanging their heads sitting on the bench. No one was paying attention except Wade Smith. Alot of good it did him.

A total ShaMockery.

At the rate he's going...Turk will be in the Pro Bowl by the 4th week of the season...his stats will look amazing lol.

Yeah. I like want Theisman said, 'Let the kid throw it, throw it downfield and try to get the defense to back up" I know they were bringing the house, but do a three step and let it fly. Yes I know the bad things that can happen, but if you dnot even call it, the defense wont respect the possibility. The o-line played horribly.

Wanny needs to get fired up, I agree with him that we cannot be a pass team and abandon the run. Last nite you saw teh effects of zeron run game and AJ having to throw. Doesnt work, but if in the face of nothing to lose, throw it downfield and take your shots, if you throw a fly to teh sideline, you can take away int risk or reduce it greatly, But a BIG PLAY was exactly what we needed. Confoidence is huge in teh minds of young players. Big plays make the defense back off, makes them think.

Now AJ made several bad decisions, those must stop. But he needs protection and exeperience. He wil learn not to force those passes. If we can run at all, it will allow the play ation to freeze teh lbs. All starts with o-line, and they need major work. Thing is for all the Jay supporters, I would love to see how you think Jay would have had any more success, even Lamar Smith in 2001 got more yards and provided some rush threat, that defense was teeing off on us, they were in our backfield every play. Gordon needs to get more comfortable, he should be alraight once he does, but until everything gels, it will be ugly. Jay is more mobile but there wouldnt have been much he could have done. And dont say he wouldnt have thrown those ints, cause he does throw ints and has thrown his share returned for tds. You also saw that it was a clear miscommunication between AJ and chambers, and that is where Wanny accepts some blame for splitting reps. Yes AJ made teh wrong read or CC ran the wrong route, but that is what practice and reps and experience brings. That is correctable. WHat Wanny needs to correct is his predictability. Throw deep 3 to 5 times minimum. ANd run that o-line til it drops and then run them some more. Teach them to freakin focus. Wade Smith needs to backup, Mac for LT.

Agreed. I know Feeley had no time, but the few times he did it seemed like he was taking 20 step drops. Why can't he take 5 steps, step up and fire away.
