I know its only one game but is this a look at what is to come, bringing some young talent onto a aging defense and with over 20 mil. in salary cap next year i think that maybe we were putting the cart before the horse with a top 5 pick next year a a bunch of money maybe 2007 will be our year. Its one game, but we played well. We are not making the playoffs, thats just being too big of a homer but to get to 7-9 or even 8-8 that would be amazing.

Something up his sleeve? As in losing six games before winning two?..I do agree with you however, i think they will be better next year. What im worried about is pulling the same stunt we pulled last year, where we go on a streak at the end of the season maybe making it to .500. I didn't think it was possible until after the bears game. I feel like an idiot saying this, but either they win or they lose, lets not have any in between stuff..i dont want another mediocre draft pick. There i said it..i hate sayin' it, but hey..someones got to, right?:wink:

Yea it's only one game, and it really doesn't sike me up as far as the season goes, but hey it will be fun to play spoiler, starting with Herm and the Chiefs this week. Maybe they can get to 8-8, or 7-9, but I hope they don't make a run and tease us going into next year.
