It's Roberto Wallace's Time: NOW!

I think he's going to be fine in that area, he's a big guy who's pretty quick and he fights for extra yardage. What he needs to work on is things like route running and just technique in general.

He has all the tools, but it seemed like he never won any YAC battles. I'm not expecting him to be Brandon Marshall, but at least fall forward and get those few extra yards when you've got DBs coming for your legs.

It's their time to shine, better make the most of it. Situations like this only come around once maybe twice. Plus around the 3 year mark is usually when WR's will come into their own, so here's hoping..........

I think undrafted free agent wide receivers have a long road to become successful

Since the AFL/NFL merger there have been 561 undrafted wide receivers to appear in at least 1 NFL game.

156 of them never caught a single pass
55 caught 1 pass
151 caught between 2 and 9 career passes

Wes Welker, in 2011 alone, caught more passes than 518 of the 560 (92.5%) other receivers to play in a game since 1970 have in their entire careers.

Davone Bess looks like he will be top 10 possibly top 5 when all is said and done
only hope is Wallace can follow in Davone's footsteps but the odds are against him

Yeah. If one of those guys could come in next year and receive for more yards than any other dolphin in its whole history, yeah that would be soooooo cool. And awesome too. I know I'd be pleased

I used Cruz as an example, as he came from the back end of the Giants depth chart to become a legit star. I am not asking for him to put up the same stats or to break any records. Cool and awesome!!!!!!

I dont think Moore or Pruit (or Wallace for that matter) have ever looked good in preseason.. Wallace and Pruit SEEM improved. Moore still looks like garbage.
i agree, only thing is him, pruit and moore always look good in the preseason, hopefully this release of chad johnson can open the doors for wallace

Wallace looked good in the limited snaps I've seen. Big and physical. But he's got a lot to prove. Not a lot of UFA's make it in this league.

Baby steps. He's been more consistent in practice than he's been before but he needs to not only flash in the preseason, needs to be consistent in the preseason.

He's big and strong and fast and can move. He doesn't catch the ball consistently which is what Joe Philbin keeps criticizing. There's a chance he's running some wrong routes and whatnot, as well.

He will get it all ironed out. I wan't that kid on the field.
