Fire Philbin Monday. Do not even give him a chance to finish with a winning record. Promote Lazor to interim head coach, evaluate how the team responds to his leadership over the next two weeks. Then you have no head coach under contract, and he may then test the waters with Harbough, or whomever he chooses without looking like a fool with a current coach. Lazor is considered an up and coming coordinator that I would like to see stick around. Thoughts?

No. Whoever is the coach next year I want Lazor as OC. if you make him head coach no way he goes back to OC. Tannihill can't be expected to learn yet another offense next year no matter what you say new offense depleted OL injuries he has played well
This. Interim HC never are asked or go back to the team they interimed with

If he can't learn another system then he's not worth a damn as a QB for us. Lazor is a good QB but it's evident he sucks as a play caller. If we get a new HC then I also want a new OC. Not sure what you guys see in Lazor that he needs to be kept
