Its time to trade for lito sheppard

Im sick and tired of our dbs giving up big plays, let be real, if we have any chances of going to the playoff....then our secondary needs a major major upgrade, so i say lets make a trade for lito then with the 2009 first draft pick lets draft a db
 
Seriously.. we have a bunch of scrubs in our secondary. They would be lucky to be backups on any other team.
 
I wouldn't, but if this team had won today and against the Jets and was 4-1 and in some kind of legitimate playoff position then i'd consider it. Especially if the secondary had still looked as bad.

Sheppard is no doubt better than what we have, but he still might cost a decent pick (a 2nd maybe) and still wants a new contract. I don't think it would really benefit us all that much especially since this team isn't going to the playoffs anyway.
 
After today, even I'm all for this. Or at least I would be if it wasn't the Eagles. If they demanded a 2nd rounder for AJ Feeley, I don't want to imagine what they want for a player who is actually good.

We need a shut down corner, but I'm not sure he is the right guy for this team.
 
its not just one game look at the jets,cards and now the Texans our secondary has been beat up on pretty consistently
