Joe does some things well as coach, but he definitely has the blinders on when it comes to certain players. Daryn Colledge and Dallas Thomas are not good football players, and I don't know why he isn't willing to experiment with others in their positions.

I'm not sure that Shelley Smith has a false start if he's getting all of the first team reps.

They're evaulations are not good. Add on to the fact that they're clueless as to how they should incorporate Dion Jordan to the defense. We are never at a schematic advantage with Philbin.

Philbin is just trying to survive, not thrive during the end of season games. It's his whole coaching outlook. It's just like the last 2 games in the 2013 season. This team is not dynamic it's pretty simple in operation, and BB will have us figured out on Sunday.

As we saw last year with our rooks getting by far the least snaps in the league, Philbin doesn't like to play and develop youth. Landry and James are playing due to necessity and because there's no development needed with them. They are blatantly better than the alternatives.

I don't think we've seen near enough of our young players. If not for the injuries to our LB's would Jelani even be playing over Ellerbe or Wheeler? I doubt it. He's our best LBer and wouldn't have been a starter.
