J. Landry getting some major love!

Wow. Mr. Hickey, please draft more Jarvis Landry styled players at their respective position. Plus it sorta seems that Landry may have already become Tannehills go to guy.

He doesn't have Anquan Boldin's size but he does have his COD and toughness.

I think next years WR class could be just as productive as this one.

Coming from the then OC who had set offensive scoring records at MN... it's high (and deserved) praise!

Think Anquan Boldin with even more upside.

Does the fact that DB are more restricted than ever to contest against WR's have anything to do with the explosion of rookie recievers?

maybe a little bit, but I just think last years draft was a very talented WR class. Because if it was the rules, then all the WR's across the board would be playing better. And I don't believe they are. They are playing just the same.

He is not getting the love of his LSU teammate O'Dell Beckham.....I thought Cris Collinsworth was going to propose marriage and get a hotel room for him and O'dell on Sunday night, but I will take production over fancy catches any day.

JUICE is my new favorite player. He makes boneheaded plays and then makes up for it consistently. He's the only rookie receiver in the top five of that list that isn't a 1st round pick. He's got such an awesome energy that this team hasn't had in the past.

Beckham more than deserves the praise that he's getting. Landry does as well but to act like Beckham doesn't have as good or in some cases better production than Landry is being disingenuous.

Beckham
41 catches on 59 targets for 609 yards (14.9 ypc) and 5 TDs in only 7 games with 6 starts.

Landry
49 catches on 66 targets for 450 yards (9.2 ypc) and 5 TDs in 11 games with 6 starts.

Beckham certainly seems to be the better deep threat and has insane hands, but Landry is better value as a 2nd round pick since he'll make less money plus he's a stud in the kick return game. I'd kill to have both of these guys paired up in Miami but I'm very glad we have Landry at least.
