I realize most of us are sick of this topic, but I ran across this interview with David Cornwell where he gave a little more insight into the situation and how things are proceeding (or not). Thought it might be of interest - if nothing else, it does confirm his mom's involvement. Also, something I didn't know - David Cornwell is the Exec Director of the NFL Coaches Association (he does address that potential conflict of interest).
