J-Off's 2025 Draft Values (my guys)

I just don’t think nfl players are stronger and faster then Lamp..

Just because he’s 5’11 275 doesn’t mean he can’t be a strong as anyone

That lower center of gravity can give him some advantages
Is he quick?, would love to see him pulling towards the end of the line and into some unsuspecting edge or linebacker.

But realistically, special teams play might earn him a back up spot somewhere.

Not sure if you got a chance to read thru the PFF Scouting thread I made the other day, but Bob McGinn in his rankings quoted scouts and these lines really bothered me and it came from 3 different sources.

Some scouts are worried about the guy. I was at a game and the guy was just a complete Lone Ranger. By himself on the sideline, standing 20 yards from anybody on his team. Didn’t look like he cared at all. Claims he was a captain and a leader and all that stuff, but it’s just one of those things that he might just have been anointed that versus earning it.

At Tennessee, he was literally a no-go. You ask somebody there: ‘Hey, if you had a chance to come to the league, would you bring this guy?’ They’re, like, ‘Absolutely not.’ On his own program. The whole team’s working out and he’s in his apartment. They didn’t know where he was.”

“There’s some concerns on the character,” said a third scout. “Lot of emotional outbursts and inconsistency”.

I don't put much stock in Bob McGinn's anonymous scout pieces. From what I do gather, he rubbed some people the wrong way, but who exactly and why exactly? Every anonymous scout seems to have their own version of things.

Yo Brother Danny. I'm making a new Meatball recipe for draft night. I found it on Instagram. Its like a ginormous meatball calzone with all sorts of goodies inside. I thought of you when I saw it. 😁😁😁
funny you mention that cause a couple of days ago I make a meatloaf with ground Turkey instead of ground beef. The key is the sauce that goes on top of it. Some people just put ketchup on it and the meatloaf comes out dry. I mixed ketchup with yellow mustard and brown sugar and make spread it very evenly and then cover it with aluminum foil before you put it in the oven. It comes out very moist

Sounds delicious 😋

If Eich can see a 2nd contract so can he
Last I checked I Love Lamp plays in a power five conference, tape don’t lie, 3rd party grading systems don’t lie

They dude is a legit junkyard dog man.

I’ve see him whip Walter Nolen and Deon’s walkers ass

The kid fires off the snap and gets under your pads with a grade base of technique and strength

My excitement is based on third day value and landing a guy who might make your team and be an inspiration, someone who works harder than everyone and overachieves

That’s why he’s worth a 3rd day pick but Grier doesn’t think about culture or inspiration

You know, if it weren't for you inviting me into the Draft Buffet Thread, I'd be lost. Year after year, I'd always research the draft. Before the home computer became the norm, I relied on the draft publications to get myself up to speed.

You helped a fellow Dolfan, like myself, by giving me the platform to provide, video and opinionated content from across the web so our Finheaven brothers can have a place to indulge in the information highway, we have today. It makes Finheaven a better place.

So I should be thanking you!!!

Will you two just get a room? :poke: :MT

He’s quick off the snap and getting set into his stance and winning leverage positions.

Great wrestler, he just might be the first of his kind to break in with this profile

Absolutely worth a day 3 pick, plus I think his demeanor is infectious and will benefit the entire oline even if he’s only a backup. A backup G in the 7th is actually pretty good value considering most 7ths are out of the league in less than 2 years
