If J.T. does play for the fins this year...Im willing to make the bet he doesnt have 2 sacks in the first 4 games. He might get lucky with 1, but not 2. I don't even say this because of his age, it's the simple fact that he's to busy having dreams of salsa dancing rather than crushing QB's.

Hes always started the season off slow in terms of sacking the qb but hopefully he gives us those game changing plays he usually does.

i think its good jt is doing the dancing thing let a man live his life damn... if hes not focused when he plays then we can talk until then dancing is a lot of cardio so cant say the man aint fit.

JT "trains" 8-9hrs/day and although it's not apples to apples with the NFL conditioning programs it is rigorous with a concentration on timing and flexibility - 2 factors that can help keep him healthy and productive. What I would venture to bet is that if he ends up having great year, roaring out of the gate like a man on fire, the application bin for next year's DWTS will be overflowing with current NFL players.

I think you are saying this because of another post on this board stating that JT has only had 1 sack in the first calender month of the season the past 5 years.

and what, pray tell, would you be willing to bet? and how would you honor it?

I have a feeling JT is going to have an outstanding season wherever he plays.
That man is in tip-top shape. I also have a feeling that he will retire after this year.
He finishes DWTS, and goes right in to camp. He's not going to get much time off
and I think that is going to wear on him later in the season. I think with his whole
acting thing ready to kick off, this is the last time we see JT on the field.

So.... if I were you, why don't we just try to enjoy his last season (IMO). He deserves
a lot more respect and support than what some fans are dishing out.

I just dont understand post of this nature????? What is the grudge with a guy that has only been 150% loyal his entire career, what is it that you want???? Maybe if he gave up his wife and abandoned his kids and sacrificed his mother to the gods in behalf of all the Fins fans out there it would make you happy. Your comments have jealousy and bitterness written all over, what a shame. :(:(
