Yet Another dolphins receiver issue. Rishard Matthews said he was deactivated week 15 for disciplinary reasons.

The biggest indictment of Philbin is the constant problems with discipline and problems in the lockeroom....the purging of the leadership council.....bulleygate......etc etc etc

I was willing to give him a pass for another year before this disaster of a season finale happened.....I have now given up on Philbin.
