### Dolphins lineman Nate Garner’s future is in question because of headache/migraine issues, and the Dolphins would save $1.6 million on the cap by cutting him… The Dolphins are projecting Billy Turner as one potential starting guard –-- the front office loves him --- and mulling their options at the other spot.... New Dolphins tight end Ryan Taylor, who signed today, has played in 50 NFL games for Green Bay (including two starts) and eight for Cleveland, which cut him in December. He has eight career receptions for 45 yards.

Not too much news this time of year. Garner has to be done doubt it's even a question at this point.

How can there be so much love for Billy Turner and projection for him to start when he couldn't see the field last year, despite all the injuries to our line at the end of the year?

Just more lip service, he is projected to start because our guards suck not because he is so good

I do tend to lean towards what your saying here…but I am cautiously optimistic. He was hurt all year…and when he did get to play he looked substantially better than any of those options we were running out there (but again as you said thats not saying much).

I loved him coming out of the draft so I have some high hopes for him though..

I think he has potential and could be a good player in time but I dont believe the raves.

billy turner is legit talent...staff should be high on him...his talent trumps dallas thomas by a mile

should have played more in 2014 but that's history now...

I believe Billy Turner will start and will be fine.

We do have to find another guard and some overall depth.

He's was injured

the injury thing with turner is overblown...they went into the season with dallas thomas as the backup right tackle first man up and they stuck with it...the gift that kept giving...and he wrecked us...the stick with status quo with this team is infuriating

thomas wrecked us at guard also...short of the raiders game..at least that's what the tapes telling me

the only reason turner played week 17 was cause dallas thomas was out...that's it otherwise he's inactive again...staff ticks me off with the personnel decisions and usage...someones head should have rolled for them

Well, if I remember correctly Turner came from a small school? And he was a little bit of a project but several teams liked him too. We need to hope for the best here...we need him to become a solid stater.

I think Turner sitting a year was more Benton taking a page from the Alex Gibbs book of coaching your offensive lineman. Gibbs often talked about the "redshirt year" with draft picks.

Turner will be fine...good athlete, nice pass blocker and a mean streak. Technique was an issue, but that is fixable...More worried about the other Guard poistion and depth.
