Jags headset malfunctions...

I thought there was a rule if one team's headsets went out that the other team had to stop using theres?

That is what Del Rio is saying in the article, If you read it (no pun intended). He says that he asked the officials to take away their equipment until his was fixed, but the refs said theres no rule in the NFL Rulebook that says this. :nono: Damn refs...so f'in bad this year.

That's what I thought too.

The ******* Pats can get away with anything. I knew that the refs works for the Pats, but even this is pretty low and shows low class from the cheating refs.

Oh yes, it's all a conspiracy.

I wouldn't be surprised If it was. There have been numerous posts all with good facts on why (especially the year they won the first SB) this could be a conspiracy.

Didn't the NFL also dish out a boat load of money for Gillette Stadium?

:sidelol: That hat you're wearing, sir, is it REALLY made of tinfoil?:sidelol:

I've read and heard most of the "intelligent propaganda" before (such as oh, the NFL made the Patriots the championship since they wanted a patriotic theme after 9/11) and it's about as impressive as a tabloid article.

So a no-name third string QB named Tom Brady comes in and outperforms the Pats Franchise QB Drew Bledsoe once he goes down? Damn, why didn't the genuis Bellichek see this in the Pre-season

Gee, because quarterback is the hardest position to evaluate and even the smartest minds make mistakes once in a while? By your logic, how come the other 26 teams that passed on Dan Marino in the first round of the 1983 draft know that he was going to be one of the best QBs of all time? CONSPIRACY!

Besides, backup QBs coming off of the bench and succeeding isn't exactly rare. Brett Favre did it in relief of starter Don Majkowski in one game and never relinquished the job. Jeff Hostetler, a journeyman backup, led the 1990 Giants to a Super Bowl Championship against a superior team...in fact this has happened a lot in NFL history. Did we forget what Earl Morall did in 1972? And best of all, Kurt Warner was the backup quarterback for the Rams in 1999 in the preseason and the Rams season was considered "in danger" after new free agent pickup Trent Green was lost for the season...I think the rest is history. Funny how you didn't bring that one up.

What damning evidence. Half of me thinks you're attempting to pull my leg. Well, hoping at least. I'd really love to believe you don't believe such farfetched foolishness.

I do remember a Jets game where their equipment didn't work and we had to run ours off. I'm starting to wonder about the Pats though a few no names doing good is heard of but with as many guys as the can keep putting in they ahve to start playing like it at some piont.
