Yep very true...I thought the OL did pretty good today, especially in the run game. It has to make a difference when pouncy has off days during the week.
 
I noticed this too so he will be a cap causality for next season.
 
I know the stats weren't gaudy but if the O-line plays like they did today the passing game will get better and better. Obviously the running game will thrive with that kind of run blocking, that's not even a question.
 
Crap, merge my thread into this one, mods. Thanks! Talk to me! I had to miss the 2nd half. How does the sub go in there and help lead the team back? Question for anyone who saw the game.
 
It sounds like the guy did well in place of Pouncey. Hard to judge it after 1 game so lets just say he looked good today and wait and see how it turns out in the long run.

You talking about next year? We're obviously not going to pay him 8M with his injury history.
 
I only got to see the second half. Seen brennen. Wondering why he was playing. Was it pouncy''s hip?
 
I always defended pouncey, but those stories about him having a tell that gave away whether we were running or passing were always in the back of my mind. Maybe it's true. Either way, he is a cancer of a personality and u can't wait until we get rid of his overpaid ass.
 
I always felt like brendal was a very good backup. He graded out well in preseason
