I know everyone feels that Grove being Miami over Satele was a huge upgrade. Here are the stats to back it up...look for Berger stats too..I know the snap count is low for both...so please keep that in mind...since Grove was injured for 4 games this season..

See this is the problem, Grove averages 4.5 games a year on the sideline for injuries. Is he a upgrade over Satele? Well Yeah when healthy. My problem is they low balled Jason Brown in free agency, then when he signed with the Rams. They signed often injured Grove to about the same guarantee's.

I know i think they screwed on that in FA. everyone goes on about how the FO hates injury prone players but signed one of the most in FA. makes no sense.

What's the problem are 2 centers are both better than Jason Brown.

Using this site is hard to get a good judge for offensive lineman, it is more a product of the rest of the line around Brown. He is a stud and a workhorse every year never injured. Case in point do you really think Jake Long is the 16th best run blocking Tackle in the league?

Interesting site. Roth ranks just above Jason Taylor and our ILB's all suck.

Grove is an older player. I'm not sure how major an upgrade that was getting him last season. Joe Berger seems to play just as good. I'm not confident Grove will make it through the 2010 season uninjured. It might not be a bad idea to grab a center with a 6th round pick to start developing behind Berger.

I think grove was a good pick up,but some young depth would make us all feel better. Thats the one thing we had in 09 was a deep O line...

What do u guys think about this DC problam we r having, should we keep it in the famliy or keep looking somewhere else?

Someone who misses a quarter of the season is not an upgrade in my opinion. Is he going to give back a quarter of his salary?

henne was ranked 17th among qbs. sanchez 38th
noticed that too. another funny thing he was only .5 behind the great matt ryan. funny ryan has real target in white and gonzo, while henne had bess and Fasano:facepalm: so maybe we got those picks right

Grabing a C late in the draft wouldnt be a bad idea since we just sign'd a sippin image of Jake Long from the CFL,u know love's that line.....

I think everybody in the NFL knows soon as Henne gets some deep threat :hump:help its on and cracking...

this front office is starting to worry me, slinging out money to wilson, and wilford not to mention the drafting of pat lights -out white and I cant remember his name third round receiver that cant see the field turner !
