The more and more that I read about him makes me hope that the Dolphins have a chance to take him in the draft. There is a lot of talk about him being the best QB in the draft and he was recruited at LSU by Saban which shows that he is obviously a player that Saban likes. He could sit for a year or two behind a hopefully healthy Culpepper.

He is very talented, But just needs to learn how to read defense's and make the right choices.

Oh im very vocal about Rusell. I want him here really bad. I think he's perfect for us.

are you kidding me I have watched this kid all year, he is all talk no talent

Why get Russell? We already have 1 Culpepper type QB.

Already other topics on this anyway

It shouldn't make a difference if we have a quarterback like Russell on the roster if the Dolphins draft him to be our future quarterback. It's not like we're drafting him to play alongside Culpepper but to eventually replace him. If Culpepper plays well for us then its a good thing that we'll have a quarterback like him to carry on after him.

No the Kid is all talent and no reading defense ability. He has the strongest arm in college football

just what we need another dc. sit back in the pocket.....ddduuuhhhh....sack. i don't think so.

The kid is pure hype. Have you bothered to watch him play at all this year?

Most of his game stats are like so

9/22 132 yards 1 td/2 int

If you cant even cut it in college football with halfway decent games then the NFL players are going to manhandle him like a 15 year old in an adult prison.

Might wanna do a little research before you throw bogus numbers out there.

Passing Stats
NAME CMP ATT YDS CMP% YDS/A TD INT RAT
JaMarcus Russell 211 308 2797 68.5 9.1 26 7 168.1

Most of his stats belong to Jimbo Fishers offense.

BTW:Bobby Bowden(FSU) is said to (60%) hiring Fisher away from LSU. I would logically deduce Russell will bolt to the NFL rather have to learn an entirely new offense.

Oh I agree, that and running the score up on cupcake teams. He has clearly struggled against top tier teams.
