Dansby, who has spent the past two years as the starting inside linebacker, sat out individual work because of an undisclosed injury. But he participated in the team portion of practice, manning the inside linebacker spot in a three linebacker scheme.

Odrick, who is competing for one of the starting defensive line spots, didn't participate in team or individual work during Tuesday's morning practice.Left tackle Jake Long, who has been battling a left knee issue for two years, participated in Tuesday's minicamp work without limitations. I really think Marshall should be our FS, I've liked Clemons, but dlockz can inform us all about Marshall- at nickle cb he gets burnt, yet at FS he excels

Let me guess - Dansby is too fat to perform fully? Way to earn those pay checks you lazy bum.

I wonder if they are holding out Odrick as to not give away any draft plans? Some 4-3 teams like Seattle run a base 4-3 where the LDE is a more of a run stopper less pass rusher. That would allow Miami to play Odrick Solial Starks Wake on base downs. For Nickel they could yank Soliai, shift Odrick inside so it would be Westerman/Draft Pick Odrick Starks Wake.

Dansby will be here for two more years at best. I'd draft LB Luke Kuechly at number 8.

Two seasons left, write that down.

Totally what I'm thinking.
