Landry has been a standout both on and off the game field. His work ethic is at an elite level and each day he continues to push himself both in reaching his goals and in his recovery.
Sports Illustrated took a behind the scenes look at Landry when they partnered with Texaco for a paid content video. Landry explains some of his use of modern technology and how he uses it to recover.
You can watch the videos here and here. A more in-depth article is found on the second link going into more detail about how Landry is using technology to advance his recovery.
As the Dolphins prepare for their 2016 season Landry’s recovery and regiment should help other players as well should they buy into what he is doing. Landry specifically uses hyperbaric chambers to accelerate the administration of pure oxygen into his body after workouts.

I love how Zach introduced himself to the NFL his rookie year with that monster hit on our very own WR Coach and laid him out. Sorry for the sidebar.

do you guys really think we can keep him here forever? its so, so, so rare....but ESPECIALLY rare for a WR to stay with his only team.....SO RARE. WRs just dont stay around forever. The only time they stay is when they have an ELITE QB....e.g. Marvin Harrison/Reggie Wayne (even Wayne tried to go to the Pats though)

I have awful nightmares of Belicheat using Landry in his old age against us.....

I hope Landry is a Phin for life but I just dont know...its so rare

Calvin johnson never left. Larry Fitzgerald never left either. If you have the money you keep your best WR

CJ retired very early and therefore doesn't apply imo...

Fitz hasn't left...yet...he still has a few years in him so we'll see.

Any other elites that anyone can think of (lets use the last couple decades only)
