Not until he's ready and knows what he's doing. Saban himself said that Troy Polimaleu (however you spell that bloke's name) didn't start until his 3rd year...

I promise Saban wants him playing too. However, like Hagan not nmaking 3rd reciever, you don't take the job from a guy, make the rookie earn it.

Who's Jason Allen.

No...
Seriously....

Is he a Dolphin or something?

Does he get paid a lot for a guy I have never heard of?

ALLEN is a physical freak and he's healthy. i can't believe he's that slow or stupid. C'mon Buffalo played 2 rooks against us. Travis was a 4th and played last year. Send Allen on the blitz with that 4.3 speed. Let him return kicks and give welker a rest. Do something. Anything.

Buffalo had no choice, we do. With Daunte struggling we can't afford the luxury of playing whoever we want. It's a process, Jason will play. I think with the return of Daniels you may see Allen in on some nickle and dime situations, especially when there in 3rd and very long.

Haven't heard anything from him since training camp...

theres nothing to hear!!

he hasnt done anything except break his hip
and get millions out of wayne huizenga.

oh, and he was second to last to sign in
the draft.

hes been in a couple times but did nothing.

Exactly. People need to stop drawing conclusions 3 games into a guy's career. He has all the tools to be an impact player. No reason to believe he won't be in the not too distant future just like Roth who continues to make strides with his increasing playing time.
