what do you guys think of him, he's a cornerback for tenesse (College) he's out for the year and will slip in the draft but he was top 20 for sure should we gamble with him in the second round

nah. we can get a stud with that pick. why risk it. saban will draft the best player available.

it's only a hip injury not like a blown out knee or something maybe the guy slips to the 3rd who knows but he's 6"2 and fast

if he slips to the third, then yes go for it. but we may have already drafted a corner by that time, so who knows. but if we haven't and hes there in the third, by all means go for it. but with our first two picks i think we go offense.

the problem is that it's a serious injury, but he won't drop TOO far, so i doubt it'll be far enough to risk a 1st rounder on

Junior year he switched to safety to help the team and led the SEC in tackles, he was near the top until he was injured. he is a beast, i dont know about second rd, but if he is healthy definently 3rd

i know this is a long shot...but im banking on getting Laron Landry if we get an early 2nd pick

QB/LT with the first 2 picks. Send the first rounder (plus another pick) for Rivers and then grab a LT prospect in the 2nd. It's a good year for tackles.

I am a Jason Allen fan...for those who don't know, he is a 6'2" 205 4.45 cornerback/safety. He was a team captain for the Vols this year. Would likely have been a top 50 selection last year had he not decided to return for his senior year of eligibility. Injured his hip tackling Leonard Pope early in the season. Was scheduled to be on crutches for two months and then begin rehabing for the NFL combine. It is hard to know where he will be at by the time the combine comes around but he should be someone that we keep close tabs on. Could become a value pick for us?

he definetly wont slip past the second round someone will grab him up. i would love to have him but we need to draft offensively with the first couple picks.

It's hard to say as of now where he will project depending on how he recovers from his injury. I am very high on this kid and unless there is a huge steal where we pick in the 2nd I would take him in a heartbeat. I think we will draft a LT in the first given the strong class of tackles. I am thinking Saban will try and get Andrew Whitworth LT LSU. Definately if we have a mid-round pick.

Will Madison be back next year, I love the guy but lets face it he's done and Poole and Daniels will never be true #1 corners but this kid if he recovers well will be a standout corner or safety both needs

I hope poole will be a strong 2nd CB. Madison is DONE. sorry to say/hear.
