Jason Taylor needs to prove himself

From whats been said, he has been so far. going the extra mile to get into football shape by going to voluntary workouts and what not. i just am still over-joyed that JT will retire a Phin and not a Cheatriot.

i highly doubt and highly hope that it will come between cam and JT. but so far, not much word coming from and about wake.
 
Gonna be interesting. Hope he does it! Another Pittsburgh product who does well in Miami!
 
jason taylor only few years from the nfl def. mvp, and we all know future hall of famer NEEDS TO PROVE HIMSELF

All these whispers about JT having to "prove himself" or he "won't make the roster" is pure crap. We all know he is a mortal lock to make the team and be a big time factor once the games start.
 
Jason Taylor has to prove himself LOL, Taylor on the field wreaking havoc all season long is a nightmare for qbs, and at 1.5million he's a steal even if he just coughs on the qb
 
Every player out there needs to prove himself. It has been said that this is a make or break year for Ginn. Then looking at QBs they all have to prove themselves. Because right now it is kind of clouded as to who exactly could be the QB in the next year or so.
 
I think that JT and Wake will be on the final roster...but the coaching staff needs to "encourage" players to give all they have.

As marinotoclayton has stated, it's not just Taylor that has to prove himself, everyone needs to prove themselves both on and off the field if they want to have a spot on this team.

Even if Taylor had signed with the Pats he would have retired a Dolphin. One day contracts are cheap!
 
What's there to prove, Most of the Defensive players love him already.
