If you go to ESPN.com and look under the "voices" section, you can find it. Hopefully this link will take you there. I know we are all sick of the talk, but I thought somebody might be interested in reading it.

I apologize if someone has already posted it, I looked around and didn't see it.

Seems like football is the furthest thing from his mind....I really don't know what to think......what are everyone else's thoughts?

This bothers me the most:

...we got the worst news: Papa died. Her grandfather was the closest person in the world to her and this breaks my heart. Katina's brother, you know, is my old teammate Zach Thomas, so Zach's hurting, too. I wanted to be there badly and I have to admit it really sapped my energy a bit tonight. We scored a 24 out of 30 and I'm hoping everyone will vote for me at 1800-868-3402, but I wanted to be in two places tonight: Texas and Hollywood.

The whole "my heart's broken for my wife and good friend who lost their grandfather" and "vote for me!!!" (including the phone number) all in one paragraph.

Um yeah... sorta odd

I can't think about whether the Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland blew it or not by accidentally saying he was picking defense this coming Saturday. Maybe it was a Freudian slip or maybe not. But I got a wife and a dance to take care of.

I wish he had football to worry about. I've been a fan of Jason for a long time, but lately i've been thinking it's time for the phins and him to part ways

It just almost seemed like his heart wasn't in it anymore....probably not the case, but yeah

I agree, it's a little cold, but what I understand and is obvious in him, that he should be a little pissed at what's going on with people talking about him being done and that we should trade him etc....I mean, this guy has been a pillar on this D and one of the faces of our franchise, not to mention one of our most productive and consistent players over the years. The leagues defensive MVP 2 years ago. He deserves a bit more respect IMHO. Wouldn't you guys get defensive and angry if all your supposed fans were calling for you to be traded and that you're done?...I would..I know I'm in the minority here with my opinion but.....imagine JT coming off the edge in this D. Personally, I can't wait to see that...hopefully.

Was the ending of this not weird as well.....?????

People in football don't realize the world is a lot bigger than their own little circle.

And I'm finding that out this spring. Here I am on the Tonight Show, and here's my wife in tears in Texas. I can't think about whether the Dolphins GM Jeff Ireland blew it or not by accidentally saying he was picking defense this coming Saturday. Maybe it was a Freudian slip or maybe not. But I got a wife and a dance to take care of.

:abduction:

I think Jason should come out of his closet. He sounds like a h*mo and some of the things he's said is a ***** slap to our franchise and embarrassing. Retire already.

I was going to say.. Is he GAY.. "We're dancing the Cha-cha-cha tonight"... WTF...

This type of attitude is allowed at Finheaven? That statement is absurd. Something is different from what you like so he is gay? From reading your comments I think some of the things you say are a ***** slap to our community here at Finheaven. Retire already.

He'd rather be a dancing, singing sprite than a football player. His job is to play football, not dance around like a fairy. Miami is second on his list right now and by the sounds of it, so is his wife. I think he is ***** slapping the entire dolphins community. He should be practicing with a football and preparing for the season, not practicing with tights and preparing for the celebrity hot spot.

GOD, this is such an embarrasement to the Dolphins franchise.
