Jason Taylor

I enjoyed listening to JT, I heard him on Monday during Rich Issen (sp?) show he sounds very intelligent.
 
It never made sense to me why this guy doesn't have a big part in this organization.

This guy just gets it, and as far as a face of an organization, you can't ask for much more.

And on the football side, he was the definition of tough. Dude Played through horror story type injuries. They almost cut his leg off for Christ sake. Players respect that kind of guy.
 
JT is the man. His perspective is great. Hopefully he becomes a larger part of the organization. Loved that he brought up how the Defense would lose intensity as the game went on and not being able to find a spark to ignite the team. They lacked the ability to step up when it mattered and the team lost so much momentum at inopportune times all season long.
 
This team has not really been the same since JT walked away.
 
Yeah, lots of people talk about wanting Marino in a higher-up position with the Fins but Jason Taylor would probably make a better executive for the organization than Dan.
 
The Dolphins need to learn from the Heat on how to build a franchise. You hire your superstars who bleed for your team and will do anything for them. JT needs either a coach role or a player development/community outreach role with this team. It is the right thing to do and hopefully with some other former dolphin greats could help lift the Shula Curse!
 
Yes, you guys all made valid, great points. Why he isn't involved more is a mystery.
 
Agree guys a no brainier in making JT defensive line coach, if it's not done it's probably because mediocre Joe becomes queasy.....
 
jt is pretty much saying there is no fire with the coaches and we suck at 2nd half adjustments, which is also coaching. he did great not throwing anyone under the bus
 
JT does need to be a part of this organization in some capacity. Totally agree. He seems pretty smart and does seem to get it.

Joe would probably be afraid to have JT as an asst coach. JT would not be a yes man that Joe wants.
