Jason Worilds better than Jerry Hughes...

Looks like Cam Wake with good run stopping and coverage. Would be happy if we got him. When's he slated to go? And how does he compare to someone like Brandon Graham on the strong side?

Fast but not explosive, strong but not powerful at the point of attack. Probly a 4th rounder. Looks like he'd be a stud special teamer and quality backup

Jason Worrilds, Taylor Mays and Sean Weatherspoon are due up next. I should have Weatherspoon done today or tomorrow morning.

worilids is not as explosive as wake.. but he is a solid middle round pick

Worilds is more than a mid-round pick IMO. I'm just shocked that people stopped talking about him early and middle of this college season. Same with Antonio Coleman.

Hughes is an EXCELLENT player. You can't buy the kind of pass rush savvy and overall quickness that Hughes has in him. But, so too is Worilds because he's a more well-rounded player, a more physical player, that still has very good speed and pass rush ability. And Sergio Kindle has excellent punch, explosion, burst to the football. When Kindle gets a free lane to the QB, your passer better already have started his throwing motion, because otherwise it's over.

I consider Worilds a 3rd to 4th rounder. Where do you think he will go?

Where did the Kindle reference come from? Ck's been drinkin

Worilds could end up in the first round.

He actually said a while back that he thinks he could go in the first round. I think he'll go in the 4th if he looks bad in coverage drills at the combine, but if he looks good he could go as high as the late second round. 3-4 OLB's are in high demand.

Hughes and Worilds should both be targets in the second. I don't care what the scouts project them to be. They are both fast tough powerful linebackers. If we are drafting D we can not pass on either of those in the second. Use them as either OLB or ILB.

you were doing ok til you said hughes and worilds could play ilb... then it went

If Worilds goes in the 4th round, then the draft is dead to me.

No way should a player with his upside, change of direction skills, pursuit ability and fundamental strength should get out of the 2nd and frankly I wouldn't be shocked to see him in round 1.
