We need a short yardage guy. Bush, Miller, Slaton and Thomas dont really fill that role. I know some people think Thomas could do it because of his size, but his size is deceptive in the wrong way in that he doesnt really have much power imo (I remember a few goal line stands last year where he couldnt punch it in). Philbin has carried a FB on his roster in the past, so I could see this guy making the team.
I hope Lane makes the team, we still need a FB on the team............
