Last night I was watching ESPN after work and they asked JAWS (not sure what his real name is right now) about what team does he see coming strong for next year. He said to watch out for Miami. That Nick Saban in his first year had made a dramatic turnaround and he and his coaching staff are gonna have us playing some serious ball. Mentioned the 6 game winnng streak to close out the season was a big sign that Nick is doing an excellent job down here. He stopped short of saying we're Super Bowl bound. He said he picks the Colts for the Super Bowl, but to watch out for Miami. I'm sure I'm missing some stuff he said..anybody see it?:dolphins:

Ron Jaworski, he was a QB for Philidelphia..I was listening to it at the dinnertable. He didclarify that he was not saying we would win the SB but that we would be a team to watch...

Man it would bea hell of a thing to watch the Miami Dolphins play the Superbowl in Miami

They were all picking their top 5 for next season in the NFL, and Jaws picked the Miami Dolphins at #5, of course he was the only one to do so. I think we will be top 3 material with the right off season moves, which i think saban will make.

Did anyone else see John Clayton last night on ESPN? He was discussing the superstars that may change teams this offseason...E. James, S. Alexander, & T.O.

He actually said that once Ricky is traded, that would open the door for Edge to go to Miami....Is he crazy! Why would Miami pay that type of $$$ to have a two back system again. He must have been trying to kill time or something....:goof:

roger that. let's not get too far ahead... remember the bill's streak at the end of last year. i do think we can crack the top 10 though, with the right moves. right now i say we are in 11-15 range, but we can get into 6-10 before the season starts.

I seem to remember that all the experts out there said that we'd have one of the toughest schedules in the NFL last season... and all of a sudden after one offseason, we had one of the easiest... Stranger things have happened... Nobody knows anything until gametime...

EDIT: And I despise you for putting NE in the top ten being a fins fan haha

When you get a new coach, new staff, new strategy, new players, completely new offensive AND defensive scheme that needs to be taught, you're OBVIOUSLY gonna lose some games early in the year! As you can see, they improved drastically from the middle of the season. N.E. is still a championship caliber team (yes even if they didnt make it this year). ANd they have championship players and coaches. Yes we struggled, but WE WON, DIDN"T WE?! All those changes we went thru is HARD TO OVERCOME in a few weeks! I'm not sold on HALF those teams you mentioned. Now I dont think we'll be in the top 5, but we're either top 10 or just outside that. With upgrades that coach is gonna make, plus now it'll be our 2nd year under Nick's system.....It's gonna add up to a very competetive team. (not sure if it'll be a SUPER team) but I see us in the top quarter of the league.

I think we are 11-15 depending on what happens in the offseason we might crack the top 10 but so you know, we beat denver week 1 and carolina week 3 we lost to the browns week 11, or week 12. And just out of curiosity what teams on my top 10 arnt you sold on yet? the way i see it K.C is the only question mark there.
