I know this is very pre-mature but the little time he has been on the field he has played very well... other than the time he ran into his own lineman, he has shown shiftiness, power, and vision. He is going to be a hand full for teams when he gets his wings under him and if he stays healthy.

He deserves to start seeing more carries, specially when we know Lamar miller is not an every down back.

I believe Campbell this week said he has earned getting the ball more...I really hope so, because using him and Miller will make this offense far tough to defense.

I don't think it is premature at all. You could tell he had play making ability in college, and he has already flashed what he can do in the NFL. I think he makes a great duo with his physicality and Miller's speed. We've missed that physical style since Knowshon Moreno got injured early last year.

Just wish and hope he actually gets more carries. Additionally, this team gets away from the hot hand and play-type far too often. The guy will break for 12 yards on a carry and on the very next play he's taken out and oh yeah you know where going to pass the ball.

Ridiculous...

I really liked the package where Miller and Ajayi are both on the field. You put Miller and Ajayi in the backfield with Landry in the slot, Stills and Matthews split wide and you've got some dangerous players for a defense to account for. Next play bring in Sims and Cameron for the tight end elephant package, That would be a very good short yardage, red zone attack! It's time for us to present the defense with something to worry about. No more short yardage from the gun. Go under center for a quick run or a play action pass. Bring back the QB sneak and the moving pocket. Let Ryan use his legs to put pressure on the opposing defense. This gives the D a lot to defend against. Let's put Dallas on their heels.

Over Master-Mind Bill Lazors dead body!

And also bring back the read option! C'mon Lazor! If I'm on defense and it's a short yardage situation and I see Tannehill in the shotgun I'm happy. That puts the pressure on Tannehill and he is not that great when the pressure gets amped up. Especially shotgun with the empty backfield. How many times has that blown up in our face?

And since when is Miller not an every down back? Miller is in on 3rd downs because he's a better pass blocker than Ajayi. He's also been getting split out wide as a WR in some packages and his receiving ability is much improved this year. He's scored in 6 straight games but now he's not an every down back? Some of you people are just hilarious. The backups are always better on this team than the starters. No matter who is playing the guy behind him must be better...right? lol

I was shocked when I saw his first run. I did not follow in college and did not see him in the preseason. That first run and everything since has really surprised me. I cannot think of another time this year that I have seen a RB in the league that made me go damn that guy looks like a flat out stud. Maybe AP and Gurly but this guy really flashed for me. Maybe I was expecting a Jonas Gray clone or something?

Miller is absolutely an every down back. Not sure where that came from. you might be 3 years too late with that comment....that was the popular saying several years ago. He's proven that wrong.

On your initial comment.....you definitely are not premature on that. I think everyone will agree with you that he is poised to make a huge impact.

Miller has proven himself to be an every down back. Both Lamar and Ajayi have playmaking ability. I love the pair of them together and I don't think either should be slighted to prop up the other. Similar to Cincy's backfield. Legit talent in those two backs.

Actually Miller IS an every down back. And Ajayi does deserve more carries

For some crazy reason people here still see Lamar Miller as that rookie that danced in the backfield and couldn't block a lick.

Over the last 2 years Lamar Miller has been a top 5 back. The only reason he isn't in the discussion is because our amazing coaching staff does not give him the ball as much as these other top end guys. Guy is a monster in the open field. Has learned to go north and can get you those 3-4 yards if need be.

People need to realize that for you to want Ajayi to get more touches that does not mean Lamar Miller is ****.

Just think if our "amazing" OC realizes what he has in front of him this team would be light years better. You have the horses to run a deadly play action offense sprinkled in with the hb screens and what not. However, we will continue to run bubble screens and quit running the ball the first drive it is stopped and make Tannehill run a offense where he has no say even if he sees a cb blitz coming right at him. He just has to sit there and pray that the wr gets open fast enough before he gets killed.

Miller has proven ALOT of people wrong here...I love how he has grown into an excellent all around back.

With Ajayie playing good this will keep Miller fresh....I can't believe anyone can say Miller"isnt" an every down back this year!
