Jay Fiedler next year?

I don't get it. What is it about Griese's last 3 starts that makes some of you so adamant about Fiedler not starting ever again? I'll admit we need a better starter next season, but Fiedler gives this franchise it's best chance to win this year given the state of the OL.

Two average or below average players earning too much money for what they bring to a team for a first rounder ?

And Thompson was an UFA and didn't receive much offers aside from us.

Fiedler could be available at the end of the year.

And I don't talk about the cap hit we would have for trading them...
