Jeff Garcia in the UFL. Can we sign him?

I happened to stumble one of the USFL games a few nights ago while channel surfing, and watched as Jeff Garcia got pulled from a game in favor of some total no name backup.

You can sign from the UFL, the team has to pay a buyout amount for the player's contract though.

He has calf issue. I am not sure if he is healthy.

Garcia is NOT the answer. Whoever we bring in needs to be insurance and nothing more. Hope they never have to see the field.
