This would make other teams eying McFadden more likely to trade with us for that pick. Hopefully that's the angle he's taking with this because at this point in our rebuilding process we have no need for DMac.

He said he was disappointed that Ryan skipped the Senior Bowl which means he wanted to scout him. He also said that he has a great football personality from his talks before with him
 
yea everyoene was dissapointed in ryan cuz of it it wasn't just ireland. its all over htenet how evreyone got pissed off cuz of that decision.
 
Matt Ryan doesn't belong in the top 10, much less #1 overall.
 
Anyone who saw this surprised that Ireland didnt mention Beck once but when asked about defense said they would address that and QB

according to articles scouts said they are pissed off and it just hurt his stock tremendously. That makes sense but when u think about it would YOU skip on a potential GOOD QB just b/c he skipped acombine while hes on the baord and u are on the clock or would u say u know what, he skipped the bowl, screw him i dont want him. I highly doubt that happens unless someone is or evreyone is very prideful and sticks by this.

Look at our biggest needs from outside other teams fan base. Nobody has really heard of Beck, he might be the answer but to say that Miami isn't looking at QB would hurt our chances of trading out of pick #1. Atlanta is looking at Ryan from reports and they don't pick too far behind us but to make sure they get their man they will have to make Miami an offer they can't refuse in order to draft #1 and make sure that they get their man.

Doesn't have to be McFadden, could be any of them. The problem I see with building up McFadden into a golden calf is that if he has a bad combine or does something really stupid between now and April it's a little late to begin hyping another player. We should hype everyone. :D
