Jeff Ireland PC: A Freudian slip???

When Jeff was answering the question about his comfort in having a first and second year player backing up Chad P given how injury prone he has been to date...he referred to JOHN Beck as JOSH Beck. Interesting flub....particularly how careful they are when referring to the "Chad's".
 
There should be a new policy instituted at Finheaven-

1) Anyone who starts a Beck thread gets 4 points and a warning.

2) If they start another Beck thread after that, they get a 2 week banning.

Seriously, these needless and repetitive John Beck threads have to stop. Not to mention it's getting very tiresome.. It's ruining this great board.. Here we are less than a week before the season opener, with a plethora of things to talk about, and all people can come up with is some kind of conspiracy regarding the 3rd string QB ?-- Absolutely ridiculous.
 
Cant be.....Ireland was HIGH on Beck going into last years draft.....remember? He said so. I mean seriously, there is no way he wouldve just said that when he got hired here just because Beck was the only QB currently on the roster. If he thought Beck blows....he wouldve said so....right...:unsure: Seriously, if we hadnt taken Beck when we did, Dallas was all over him in round 2.

dude get a life the guy was just making a point to us. if you don't like the topic, skip OVER it. you do not need to read every single thread in a message board. if you do then i feel really bad for you. also the moderators have the responsibility to what to do with the thread not you.

anyways, as for the topic I do not think that he slipped any information. if you remember, people thought that ireland slipped information about who we were going to draft. it ended up not being the case. therefore i would be skeptical to think that this is any news.
 
So I take it you have never accidentally called someone a different name? Everyone does that.

Mistakes are not always freudian slips.
 
this is the second "ireland and freudian slip" thread in almost as many months. God I hope we dont have to listen to this during the season
 
This might be a slight misquote but oh well, "This guy could be a pillar of our defense for years" Think back to before the draft if you don't remember that.

Kinda neat how they mess with the media because they can:lol:
 
Yeah in the same PC he was asked how he liked his Strawberry sundae He said and I quote " I enjoyed my Blueberry sundae" Another freudian slip, heobviously said Blueberry but yet he ate a Strawberry. It's obvious he plans on switching to blueberry and getting rid of the strawberry

Why lump this post in with all that you hate? He never said anything about conspiracy. What is absolutely ridiculous is your knee jerk reaction the the word Beck.

Like it or not, Beck is currently on the team. ****ing deal with it!

so he's not a great public speaker .. has nothing to do with the players .. lets put a few dozen mics recorders in front of you see if you dont make a few mistakes:up:

what i do is NOT click on the thread when i see one.

its like tv, if you dont like the show, you just hit the
remote and watch something else.
