He may be dancing now but until the Incog investigation is released after the SB, Ireland may very well be fired. I read an interesting thought yesterday that by waiting until the report is released, Ross may be able to fire him for cause. My initial thoughts were that Ross may wait until then to seal his fate and they haven't changed.
