I think he might be a good pick up in case martin struggles or long is out longer than thought. If anything slide him into right guard because hicks is not the answer. He could play right tackle while long is out.

Yeah, not my first choice as a long term starter. But like you said he could def fill in for Long/Martin when they're injured or if Martin struggles. Certainly better than what we have now as long as he's fine with being a back up.

Otah's health is unreliable, at best. Glad to see him leave Charlotte.
