Jeremy Green on Daunte's Status

For those who don't know, Jeremy Green is a former NFL scout who does a chat on ESPN.com. This was what he had to say when asked about Culpepper. This looks pretty logical to me and I like how it sounds.

Mike (San Diego): JG, As a 'Fin hatah, but a Culpepper fantasy keeper guy, I was wondering about his most recent status. I read a quote that he isn't ready to say that he'll be ready for the regular season. Any updates on this? Oh, and a shout out to Majeed!

Jeremy Green: I think that is all posturing. He will be ready and we will all know that once the preseason starts. He will play some in the preseason - he will start week 1 at Pittsburgh.

His bio is wrong...says a scout for 12 years but he's only been one for 7...and he's a Pat apologist.

If you're referring to the whole PFT-ESPN spat about Green's bio, apparently Green's editor counts time that Green spent scouting players for like, TSN fantasy or something like that, among his 12 years as a scout.

I dunno how I feel about that. They could have worded it better, like say

"Jeremy has 12 years of experience evaluating NFL personnel, including 7 years as a scout for the so-and-so's." (not really familiar with his history).
