Fair comment, but IMO if the defensive HC leaves the offensive side of the ball to the OC, much like Tony Dungy did when joining the Colts, it can work.

Who would you go with?

I guess Kubiak for OC would be the obvious choice, but I will admit I am not really up on the choices around the league. One guy that is intriguing and all the people I watch the Phins games with is James Franklin. He will definitely bring passion and is innovative. He has brought the Vanderbilt to a level of success that they have seldom experienced.
