i have a Authentic jay fielder jersey (ebay 10.00) and i just got through replaceing the name plate i got it from a company called authenticlettering.com i put my on name on the back and it turned out real nice to looks geat and price was only about 20 dollars for the people who have jerseys of players that play with us anymore i myself have 10 jerseys of players that dont play with us to name a few Collins,Konrad,Jonshon,Avery,Martin,Green,Surtian,fielder,smith, and a few others

it's 10.00 for the name plate and each letter is 2 dollars but its worht every penny web site

dont get rid of your surtain jersey... just because hes not a dolphins, i would be proud to wear it....and konrad pretty much played his whole carrear here, you might as well cut his jersey some slack too....
