S Louis Delmas – New safety Louis Delmas has been assigned #28. He wore #26 with the Detroit Lions in 2013.

CB Cortland Finnegan – New cornerback Cortland Finnegan has been assigned #24. He wore #31 with the Rams last season.

DT A.J. Francis - Second-year defensive tackle A.J. Francis has now changed his number to #96. He previously wore #90 with the Fins last season.

DT Earl Mitchell - Earl Mitchell has been assigned #90. Mitchell wore #92 with the Houston Texans in 2013.

If Delmas has changed from 28 to 25 for no apparent reason, seeing as nobody got released to free up 25 since Delmas was signed, my guess is Moreno wants 28
