Will allen's amazing INT
So, Don Shula came to my school about a year ago and I went to see him. It was a great time as he re-lived all the old Dolphins memories (Wish I was old enough to experience them). After he was done talking, I went up to him and asked him a couple of questions then I asked if he could sign my personalized jersey. He gladly signed my jersey :hump: and I have been really happy with it.
Here's the problem, I have a cat who I didn't neuter. I found out that he was marking his territory all over my damn apartment. I really didn't want to rob his manhood (and my wallet) and he was doing like once every 2 months so it was fine. Then the defining moment came where his life would forever change. He went where no cat should go...the jersey. The mother ! marked my Shula jersey!!! I was EXTREMELY pissed (no pun intended) and took him to the vet. He knew and I knew that it had to go. :cat:
Now the jersey is forever marked. I love the jersey; it is authentic with my last name and a Shula autograph can it really get any better? So here is the question, should I just frame the jersey (It is not stained, just smells bad) or should I take it to the dry cleaners and possibly risk them ruining the autograph? Is there any possible way I could get the damn smell out without compromising the signature? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
