Moore over Sanchez? Ok, Moore has been a career backup, and the only reason he played last year was because Henne got hurt. Give me Moores body of work, let me see facts.

From your lips to gods ears!! I do not support Sanchez

Just look at their stats last year and it's pretty simple. Although stats don't mean everything. Last year Moore had a higher QB rating then Sanchez ever had with an 87.1. He was 12th in the nfl. Sanchez on the other hand had a 78.2 which was good for 23rd in the nfl. Sanchez's career rating is a 73.2 witch is awful. Matt Moore's career average however is over 80........so yeah I would say Moore is a good bit better than Sanchez

I will say that at least you are not a complete blind homer like njunc. You can at least use your eyes and brain and realize that there is a chance that Sanchez will amount to nothing and is a waste of money.......so congrats on that!!

I was excited at first when we got Sanchez, but just seeing how he reacts in the pocket, happy feet and staring down the receivers, i lost hope in him. I just hope we make a good decision on the next franchise QB.

Much rather have Moore than Sanchez, that's for sure. Especially since Moore will only be making a couple million or whatever it is. I can't believe you guys gave him that. Just embarrassing dude. haha. I love it

Was going to disagree but the fact is we only pay him a little and he is probably gone next year does make him better in that respect. Now if money is equal would much rather have Sanchez but would much rather have a good qb than either of these guys

actually the jets have been winners with sanchez

Please subdue your debbie downer here and admit that the Jet's have been winners with a great defense, a solid running game, luck backing into the playoffs, Nate Kaedings missed field goals, etc and hiding the inadequacies of Sanchez.

I cant subdue my actual brain that knows when the jets made the playoffs Sanchez played well and until the final three games this year was playing pretty good.
As for luck backing into playoffs , luck always plays a factor. Luck kept the Pats from going undefeated a few years ago. Its not being debbie downer to admit the jets have been better than us during the Ireland era and that Sanchez played a small part in that. I guess we are just not a good enough team to hide the weakness at qb since we have three straight losing seasons or we just are the unluckiest team in the league

I'd certainly rather have a career backup than a career loser. Dirty sux.

Mark Sanchez has yet to have a losing season in his career, i know that doesnt matter and the SB is the ultimate goal, but to say that is just plain stupid.

Your too easy, isnt that what teams are supposed to do? pick up the play with other areas of the team where their weak points are? Look at the Pats, Bradys play counter acts the crappy secondary that they have. As far as luck getting in the playoffs, at least we put ourselves in a position to back in the playoffs, so either way we made it. And Kaeding missing the FG's, no team can help it if the other team screws up. Welcome to the forums newbie...

Lets see;

Mark Sanchez - 30-19 as a starter .612 winning %

Matt Moore - 6-6 .500 winning %

Like i said before, im not a Sanchez supporter, but the record doesnt lie, even if our defense and other areas of the team helped win, its still a win no matter what. Back to you sir....

I agree. He isn't a loser. He's a young guy who's still inconsistent. He can't continue to perform as he has otherwise they won't be able to get over the hump.

Time will tell, the fins arent on the rise.

I disagree with your statement. The Dolphins have been consistently mediocre the last few years. I think though they have a good a shot as any other team to turn it around pretty quickly. I didn't mind Moore at QB last year though if he was to remain the QB, they still need to acquire a few more pieces to be a good team.
