Considering how badly Favre wanted to play for Minnesota/against Green Bay last year, and how much the Vikings were willing to give up for him a year ago, I'd be surprised if he doesn't end up there. Perhaps he's at a point where he's not real eager to put in a full off-season of training and conditioning; my guess is he signs with the Vikings in August.

Yeah, they were so over-the-top with the amount of time they spent covering Favre - remember they had a map with a GPS tracking of planes in and out of Hattiesburg - I thought they were going to launch a new channel, ESPN-Favre: the Brett Favre 24/7 station.

I hope he does unretire and further tarnish his legacy. Let him come back and lose more games and throw more interceptions and further expose himself as a spoiled prima donna has-been who does not know how to let go of a game that has passed him by. Let minnisota overpay for a washed up, irrelivant, ineffective guy. Let ESPN show how pathetic they are too, following every move he makes on the way to his football grave. Let people like Skip Bayless predict how now that Minny has Favre they are going to be SB contenders and ruin any credability that he has with America.
