i got a feeling we could suffer the same fate this year. all of a sudden 10 wins aint a playoff lock. afc west teams needs to start losing!!!! denver is off this week so if we beat rams we'd only be 1 game behind them for final wild card.

we are very far from a lock. This is a very broken roster, if we are still in the conversation at the end of the season then we will have had a very good year

Panthers and Saints screwed us yesterday. The Saints loss was awful...losing on a blocked extra point that was run back for a 2-point conversion.

I will say that the Chiefs upcoming schedule is tough and so is Denver's. Highly unlikely they'll all end up 11-5 so we need them to lose and if those losses come in the AFC that gives us a chance. Conference losses helps with tie breakers.

We have to go 5-2 in the last 7 to have a chance though.

I'll be content if we get 10 wins. But if we miss the playoffs I still won't be too pissed. Hell of an improvement

The Raiders, Broncos and Chiefs still have four games before the end of the season where they play each other. They can't all win all of those games.

Just keep winning and hope for the best.

Ride this wave as long as it lasts. At least we get to "talk" about playoffs this year LOL. I see us at 8-8/9-7 no playoffs.

BTW, Chargers get both KC and Oakland at home still. Could play spoiler and think they will win both those games. They REALLY owe Kansas City.

I think the last Wild Card spot will come down to the Dolphins, Broncos , Steelers or Titans. I think the Raiders win the AFC West while the Chiefs hold on to the 1st Wild card spot. I think the Ravens win the AFC North title while the Texans hold on to win the AFC South. The Broncos have a rough schedule while the Dolphins Titans & Steelers all have similar schedules. The Dolphins best chance will be to win their remaining home games (yes week 17 vs the Patriots will be crucial) while winning in Los Angeles & Baltimore.Sweeping the Jets or Bills would make the odds much better for the Dolphins.

Playofs would be great but the improvement we're seeing was what I had hoped for. The are playing far more physical, with energy and a confidence that I haven't seen in years. Coaching staff deserves a ton of credit for getting them going in the right direction.

We get to ten wins.....This season is a success, considering what I thought we would do,and how we started the season.....

Got this sinking feeling that the playoffs will hinge on trips to NY and Buffalo again....shades of 2013...
