Las Vegas is a possiblity just there aren't that that many residents there just yet, however it's booming and it might get to the levels it needs to be soon.
The NFL wouldn't put a team in Vegas in a million, billion, trillion, ka-jillion years. They'd put a team in Moscow before they EVER even THINK about putting a team in Vegas. When it comes to gambling on pro football, the league basically likes to pretend it doesn't happen.
