Our opportunity to get a lot of pressure and sacks this week: Jets current RT is a rookie with hardly any experience and the LT only has 6 career starts. We might also not have to worry about the TE going out on many routes because they’ll need TE help blocking. I think this is the game where Phillips goes crazy!

I'm taking the "glass half full" approach this week after an embarrassing performance by our dline vs a bad bengals line...I'm not sure if they are bad or have just played bad up until they played us. I know we were likely exhausted.

We will regroup and take it to these guys. Need to win the one on ones if our cbs are hurt.

I just think they were basically knackered after the game against the Bills. They were on the field for too long and short week before the Bengals. Bad combo. Hope Howard is ok. He isn't firing on all cylinders with that groin niggle. Not a good injury to nurse for a CB.
I agree about them regrouping. Defense will have a chance to look better. The Fins Offense putting a few long drives together will help that D.

I'm putting Gilseke on my fantasy bench and taking the Jets guy. We often seem to have problems dealing with TEs, and MG seems like he won't get more than a catch or two at best.

But in any case, I really hope we do look rested and can get a few sacks. We've had to play two games against QBs that are really hard to sack in general, and then totally exhausted against Bengals. I'm guessing four sacks with one forced fumble provided we can stop the run to a reasonable degree.

Considering Conklin is a top 10 TE in fantasy this year, if your options are gisecki whos very TD dependent or a guy that’s caught 5 passes a game atleast.. yea, but our offense is better. Fantasy football isn’t real football. Different rules,

His name is Mike Gesicki.

Yeah, never did it before this year. Having fun. Currently 4-0 but this week is looking a bit more challenging with injuries. I'm still hanging strong in my straight up picks league. I always pick the fins, so some years have been better than others. 😂

Knackered? Ha! You must be Irish.

from what I've seen these past few weeks, if they'd made a condom I'd buy it - cause clearly nothing breaks and no one gets 'sacked'

What’s your take on playing Howard as Coach intimated today? I’m nervous that the groin won’t heal if he doesn’t take some time off. Curious what your thoughts are on this one
