Doesn't make sense does it? I know everybody (including myself) always wants to factor in last year, but this is a new year, and we know two things, the dolphins have won a game by 24 points and the jest have lost a game (horribly) against a new defense.

Remember, the default is usually the home team by three so take that away and they are favored by a field goal. I expect that line to change once people see it. everyone will lay on Miami to cover and I think by gametime, the line will be closer to that three.
I will do my right up probably on Wednesday on how we matchup. Looking at Denver, I knew we matched up well. New York is a different animal all together. Don't be fooled by what happened against KC. They match up with us much better.

Interesting spread considering the Jets' loss and the Phins victory. Both were by wide margins. If the lines open up this big in favor of the Jets then even a victory in the Meadowlands will see the Dolphins as underdogs in a lot of future games. Interesting.
