If anyone is feeling down and out today just turn on NY Jets local radio and hear the fireworks. :chuckle:

We were treading water leading up to this week, but after the big win over the Jets , in NY, we are in the hunt for the playoffs. :)

I'm interested to hear Stephen A Smith's reaction to yesterdays game.

The Jets are a bad team, they have zero skill players on offense....the sad thing is they had the same record as us going into that game yesterday which says something about Rex coaching....you can only win with smoke and mirrors for so long, its caught up to them and it will get worse before the end of the yr......better them than us.....

Listened to WFAN all morning. Love how the guys on there were giving tons of props to the NJ/NY contingent of Dolphins fans. said we do a better job than some of the fans in Miami.

I used to listen to Mike Francesa on WFAN all the time bashing the Jets, and propping up his NY Giants. Bet he was killing the Jets this morning.

Francesa has been great bashing the Jets, but I didn't care for what he said about Tannehill. Said the Jets defense 'let a mediocre QB throw for over 300' and that Tannehill 'isn't any good'. Now, I realize Tannehill has much work to do to improve, but to say those things at this point is pretty off-base imo. He's pretty good right now, albeit with much room for improvement in certain areas.

I thought the Jets had a good defense; now their offense, it will always suck with Rex there.

Someone just called Francesa to take him to task on Tannehill; when the fan asked him how many Dolphins games he's watched this year, Francesa claims to have watched 'every game in the league at some point this year', and continued to say that Tannehill is a mediocre QB, never once bothering to acknowledge that Tannehill is in his second year with room to improve. He then cut the caller off without letting the caller get the full point across. Typical Francesa.
