he's in the rotation with the jets and sure looks like he's gonna play a significant snaps role and there is such a thing as player development...i didnt rank him 5th on that list cause i think he's gods gift to h backs but i do see and anyone with a little football know how would where if they run the ball effectively that kind of guys can get some scheme driven production if they put some plays in for him...and he's a better player than egnew ever was...maybe it would help you to watch a few jets games at least first

and if he never does a thing for one reason or another awesome that's one less guy to account for

way to miss the point. The point is b/c a guy was cut doesn't mean he sucks. The league is littered w/ players who struggled w/ one or two teams and caught on w/ another. He clearly hasn't seen any of our players. I am not making us out to be Denver East but compared to what we have had the last few years it almost feels like it.
 
I liked Hill coming out, but that's a player who desperately needed development and a good situation. We all know the jests are always the ****tiest of situations. That kid has yet to have an NFL QB throw the ball to him. Considering our WR corp, he's not a good fit for us, but hopefully he finds a better fit and becomes a somewhat effective player in this league.
 
why worry about the Jets TE's? We don't have to face them until Dec. 1. By that time we will see what they really have.

Technically Cam Wake never got cut, he was cut when going by Derek Wake.


He was cut and out of football for 2 years before he got a shot in the CFL. That's pretty incredible to overcome that and turn into the player he has become.
