Jets victory would validate Miami Dolphins

It ain't gonna happen anyway. Indy is going to completely and methodically destroy them this weekend. I'm taping it for the fond memories it will bring for years to come...
 
can we please stop talking about the freakin jets and MARK DIRTY SANCHEZ
 
Indy is gonna crush the Jets, won't be a close game. Vikings v. Colts will be in Miami.
 
Great another Jets thread. I usually hate when people complain about a thread, then post in it but I just can't help myself. I can't wait for the Jets to lose this weekend so I don't have to keep reading about them here. They're game this weekend has nothing to do with us. We swept them in a 3 week period. They made it much further than we did though.

Give them credit they got to where they are now by winning the games they needed to win. They're playing great defense, the main reason they are where they are. Sancheesy is playing well especially for a rookie. BUT, let's be honest here. They probably would not have made it to the playoffs had the Colts not rested their starters week 14.

Bengals haven't won a playoff game in 19 years, there's a reason they call 'em the Bungles. Chargers are just soft, playing in a weak *** division. They make the playoffs just about every year, only to choke EVERY YEAR.

Colts will most likely beat the Jets this weekend, proving the Jets really shouldn't have made it in anyway. You never know though, Jets could upset them, proving they did belong. I doubt that will happen though, Manning is the best QB in the game and maybe all time. Colts also have a very good defense. They made the Ravens look silly last weekend, and their D is just as good as the Jets.
 
I am for one not going for the jets either. The whole point of this thread was just saying even with them coming this far i think our blue print for success can still be power run game and great defense. I think via the draft and free agency we will be in very close contention to win the division next year and maybe go on a little run like they are doing. **** the way i see it if the jets can do this, WHY NOT THE DOLPHINS!!!

Bad news for all you Fish fans ... The Jets are going to win again this week. If you can't stop the run, you can't beat us. Indy can't stop the run. Oh ... and by the way ... we're not too bad at stopping the pass. I'd say #1 in the league in Pass Defense is pretty good ... wouldn't you???

I guarantee you will all be crying in your beers, because we're going to slow down their offense, shred them on the ground for 170+ yards, and win a close game.

Anyone who thinks we're going to get emabarrassed knows very little about football, or just isn't paying attention.

I can't wait to see my Jets hoding up the Lombardi Trophy on your home field ... OH BABY !!!!!!!

Sure, go ahead and talk smack while you can, because after Sunday you'll be too embarrassed to talk any more around here.

I've watched your Jets play most of the year and I give them props for making it this far. I'm paying attention and know enough about football to know your team is out-classed heavily by the Colts. You've had it easy with the Bungles. The Jets/Chargers game was lousy play by both teams.

Sorry, but you're in for a big surprise Sunday if you actually think the Jets are that good.

I look forward to Miami sweeping the Jets again next year as well...

I guess you're right ... we're not that good.

We're only better than 31 other teams at running the ball, and 31 teams at stopping the pass, and we've only allowed less points than 31 other teams ... oh, wait a minute ...

That would be ALL of them, wouldn't it?

You didn't stop Manning when he played you a few weeks ago and you won't stop him this weekend. Your run game will be useless when they are up 17 points on you before half-time.

You just better hope your mediocre rookie qb doesn't throw a few picks like he will probably do against a passing defense.
