Better off? We would be better off with HIM if that's what you mean. Sure it was disrespectful but that doesn't take away the fact that he's a very good coach. He's got a lot of fire in him, and he's very intelligent, he actually knows the game.
 
Yeah, we are much better off w a guy who gets overly pumped after a FG that's pulls us within 10 w 2 minutes left.

As the poster above said, Harbaugh has passion and brains. Sparano only has one of those things.
 
A coach pumped up about a huge road win to take his team to 5-1 on the season after a decade of mediocrity? Please send him our way.
 
Those two Jims (Harbaugh and Schwartz) are among the top 5 coaches in football.
 
We would be better off this year with him! The Niners were 7-9 last year and basically have the same team as last year, but added Harbaugh. Good coaching makes teams better.
 
Look what he's doing in San Fran. Argueably we have more talent than them. Everyone would be better off with him leading our team. Let's trade Sparano and our '12 1st round pick for Harbaugh! LOL

I said this after the Cleveland game. This is NOT a players' league despite what the players think. They are overgrown children in need of focus and direction. Coaching makes all the difference in the world, which is why I would not take apart this team. Statistically many of our players are having bad seasons. Did they just suddenly start to stink? No, they are playing without focus. Jim Mandich used to always say that football was a mental game. This current Phins team is a reflection of Sparano. Sloppy and with no attention to detail.
 
What Harbaugh did was disrespectful but what a difference he has made in San Francisco. Just look at Alex Smith.

What's worse is him yelling for the players to get to the sideline. He looks like an idiot
